Among those grieving is his friend Elijah, who offered a heartfelt remembrance that captures the essence of who Jeremy was: “I knew Jeremy from school and I would like to say he was the smartest person I have ever met. I hope that he is in a better place and that he is at peace. I knew him on a personal level and would play guitar with him regularly, he was so musically talented that he, in the first 30 minutes, could play ‘Everlong’ by the Foo Fighters. Services to honor Jeremy Andrews will be held at Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown, located at 190 E. Main Street. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a memorial service scheduled for 7:30 pm the same evening.
